Dog Training

Theuerkauf's Tails Pet Services, LLC is proud to offer our newest service --dog training! Whether you and your canine companion are training for community service or you just need basic manners in-home, our training program is tailored to fit your needs!

All training sessions are conducted by Professional Dog Trainer, Katie Dulaney. She has over 20 years of experience and has worked with many dogs that suffered from high anxiety or aggression.

I'm interested, but what is the cost?

$150 per session

How does it work?

Our Adult Dog Training Program is 6 sessions; 1 session per week, for 6 weeks.

Our Puppy Training Program is 3 sessions; 1 session per week for three weeks.

At what age is my dog considered an Adult?

6 months or older.

How long does each session last?

90 minutes

What does each session cover?

Each session is customized to your needs. With that being said:

For the Adult Program, each session's main focus is to cover one of the 5 basic commands; Come, Sit, Place, Down, and Heel. The 6th session is reserved for either a review in-home, or if able, we meet to perform a public access assessment.

For the Puppy Program, each session's main focus is to cover one of the 4 basic commands; Come, Sit, Place, and Down.
