Matthew Theuerkauf fell in love with photography at a very young age. Once he learned how to use his parent’s Polaroid camera, he was hooked! Matt refused to go anywhere without his camera in hand.
As he grew, so did the subject matter he captured. From nature and landscapes to architecture and portraits, his photographic horizons have continued to expand. With every click of the shutter, Matt learned new techniques and has developed a truly unique style all his own.
His wife, Lauren, is an avid animal advocate. Together, the couple has adopted five rescue dogs and five cats, several of which have special needs. Hilarious and poignant moments happen every day and Matt encapsulates them all in every image. Their furry family provides plenty of photographic inspiration!
Combining his passion for pets and photography, Matt provides a fun and relaxed atmosphere at every session. Be prepared for silly noises, tons of treats, lots of laughs, and outstanding images.
Giving back to the community is a priority for Matt. A portion of the sales from every session will be donated to local animal shelters and rescue groups so that they can continue to perform their lifesaving work.
